Team members from Miner's Inc. were proud to meet with representatives from The Salvation Army this morning at Miller Hill Super One Foods to present The Salvation Army with two separate donation checks from events during the 2023 Christmas season.
In December 2023, Miner's Inc. ran a company-wide pin-pad register campaign at all 42 Super One Foods and One Liquor locations. During the campaign, customers were invited to donate to The Salvation Army & select Salvation Army Service Extension areas by rounding up their transaction or donating $1, $3, or $5 at check out. With the addition of Salvation Army Service Extension areas included in the campaign for 2023, the total raised this year was $100,852.33!
That is over $100K donated from individual customer interactions at checkout - thank you, Super One customers, for your generous donations to support this great cause! All donations made from the register campaign will stay local in the area where they were collected and directly support local Salvation Army locations and Service Extension branches.
Separate from the generous customer donations collected at the registers; the Miner family was proud to continue the tradition of matching Red Kettle donations made at select Northland area Red Kettles inside of Super One locations, up to $50,000.
